Here is what I wore for a cocktail with my friends some days ago. I am so upset I cannot blog as much as I want but school is really keeping me busy and crazy! I have got so much to do that I do not even know from where to begin. Fortunately, it will be over soon. 

I love the classy-preppy attitude of the blazer with the grunge shade of gray of the jean. The clutch was my granny's property, and when she gave it to me it had a beautiful gold catch that broke some days after. I added a rock'n'roll edge with the studs. I also added an interlaced Chanel look-alike chain, useful when I use it as a shoulder bag.

I know it is far from being the same, but I wanted to recreate the same effortless yet chic style Erin Wasson uses to have off duty or going to events. Here is what I wore for a night out in Milan: happy hour at Wasabi and then clubbing at Shu. Lovely night!

PS: since it is hard to find someone who takes pics of you, I will try this way to show what I am wearing more often. I stole the idea from Knight Cat.

Those pics are not high-quality, I know, I am sorry. And the outfit is not original at all, but it was what I wore to go to the library. Infact in those days I've been so busy studying and studying that I had no time to do anything else but that. I love the asymetric loose cut of the knit and the distressed-almost-destroyed leather of the bag.

 Today it is the last day before Easter holidays. I am so happy I can finally get some air! I will be chilling on the balcony in the hope of getting a nice sun tan and listening to good music, enjoying the warm weather. What are you going to do for Easter?

Here is what I wore for New Year's Eve. Actually I didn't wanna be too elegant because I had a very informal party with some friends but I wanted to wear my brand new top from Love Sex Money so badly that I didn't care that much about the result anymore.

Anyway that's my first post in 2011 since I've been so emotionally busy (my boyfriend left Italy to come back to Cali where he's studying. I just wanted to wish everyone a very special 2011. Follow your dreams, never forget that you are special, unique; there's nothing you can't do. Focus on flowers, not on weeds. You can build up your life, don't be scared of not being enough in any field. That's the only way to stop yourself. 

I wish you an amazing new year and lots of magical things.

Qui c'è cosa ho indossato per l'ultimo dell anno. In realtà non volevo essere troppo elegante dal momento che i miei amici hanno organizzato una festa molto informale. Però volevo assolutamente indossare il mio nuovo top di Love Sex Money per cui non mi sono più interessata del risultato. 

Comunque, questo è il mio primo post del 2011 poichè sono stata molto occupata emozionalmente (il mio ragazzo è tornato in California dove sta studiando, dopo essere stato qui per le vacanze). Seguite i vostri sogni, non dimenticate che siete speciali, unici; non c'è nulla che non possiate fare. Concentratevi sui fiori, non sulle erbacce. Potete costruire la vostra vita, non abbiate paura di non essere abbastanza in qualsiasi campo vi troviate. Questo è l'unico modo per abbattervi e sconfiggervi. Auguro a tutti un anno fantastico e pieno di cose magiche

Here is what I wore when I went out with my family for my bday! Such a lovely night! I ate sushi and received beautiful gifts :) I'm sorry for the terrible quality of the pics but I wasn't able to take them outside so I tried my best. I'm a bit sad at the moment so according to my belief that sometimes music can help to explain your feelings better than words I leave you with a song I could listen over and over again:


Questo è l'outfit che ho indossato quando sono uscita a festeggiare il mio compleanno con la mia famiglia. Ho mangiato sushi e ricevuto fantastici regali. Mi scuso per la terribile qualità delle foto ma non sono riuscita a farne all'aperto, per cui ho tentato di fare del mio meglio. Sono un pochino triste per cui, seguendo la mia teoria, cioè che qualche volta la musica può aiutare a esprimere ciò che si prova meglio delle parole, vi lascio con questa canzone che potrei ascoltare e riascoltare in questo periodo:

windy and cold

Here some old pics from San Francisco. I had to wear a very comfortable and warm outfit because I had to walk a lot and it was so windy!! It's crazy how the temperature goes down while going there. I had to take some pics of the Levi's store in Union Square. The FW collection is very simple but always with an edge. And I just love the idea of making a jean that fits perfectly with the different body shapes. At the ground floor there is a workshop in which you can pick or bring your own jean and customize it as you prefer: studs, zip, colors. Just love it! The flowers in the last pic are from my bf :) he's so sweet!
